We Must Again Value The Good Foundations Laid - Part One

We must value our good foundation laid in the beginning, in order to see and get to a good end, and enjoy the journey in between. If we don't, why does any other nation have, too. Let America be a good example of shining hope and that beacon of light that we say we are.

The two most important spheres in the world right now are the Government and Religious Spheres followed closely by the Media Sphere for media connects us and spread the words, ideas, and positions of the other two. As these go, so goes the world, for good or bad.

Each, and each sub section within each sphere, should have set and settled foundations, that if kept and lived by, will lead all in that territory or under that umbrella, forward in a good and positive way, if the foundation itself is good. The title makes that assumption of course. I am biased, I do admit that. But putting all bias aside and objectively viewing and judging the matter, America does have a good foundation, worth upholding domestically, and duplicating abroad. It is just that good. Other nations may have to reconsider their doctrines, and conclude that they aren't where they want to be globally because their common thought and premise and ties of binding aren't good. I will leave out which religion or religions have good religious and faith principles for now and which do not. But concerning all, we are speaking of the limited value of morality, and not harmful. And that includes most religions in the world and even Atheism. But any good foundation, with right building of layers/laws that are fit on top of it through agreement with the principles, will equal good success and exponential growth, every time. And America has a solid, awesomely good and right foundation. Why do you think it has grown so strong, so fast? Let us not forget. #BacktotheBasics. Sometimes, you do have to go backward, to go forward.

The Holy Scriptures and/or doctrines of every religion and belief system is what makes it a religion and system. They cause #commonground amongst those with common faith; the basis of truth for those that say they believe the sub faith, and should end all controversy, fights, and friction. If one believes something clearly contrary to the doctrine, they are clearly not of that faith. And that's fine, but that truth needs to be settled in that person. You can't both say you're Muslim, and that Jesus is Lord, for example. You can start a new religion with that thought as the basis, but you are neither Muslim or Christian in this case. These are simple truths. You CAN take on customs and traditions of any culture as long as they do not interfere or contradict with your chosen religion, but to believe and do things totally outside of that faith, means you are not of that faith. Settle the matter in your heart now.  It will clear up much confusion.

All religions, religious people and non-religious, including Atheists must also set in themselves that NONE of your faith or belief systems is America or equal to American government and American government is not your faith, nor a religion. It was based on Judeo-Christian principles, but the very First Amendment and thought of the founders was to protect the right of each and all to freely worship and believe and practice any and all good faith or have no faith at all, openly and publicly if they so wished, as long as that faith didn't harm anyone else! Settle the matter, o ye faithful and faithless. Settle it! Remember. Our founders were predominantly Christian. There is no doubt. But they ran from a Church State to start a new nation. A new nation of Liberty to be even wrong, and Justice for all when that wrong is criminal. Surely, they didn't run from something only to create the very same thing. Think. But they did manage to establish the godly principle of "whosoever will, let him come" into governmental law. Brilliant!

Why is religion and the Religious Sphere so important and as important as the Government Sphere then? Because as said, even our Constitution was based on religion, though protects all religions. And most, if not all nations from the beginning of time, and even now are also based on religion or some kind of ideology of the conscience, and even more so than America. If those developing the Middle East see true Islam, there is hope for real peace and humanity and a good future for all in that region. (Calm down Christians. Evangelism is another matter. And all of Israel and Jews should rejoice in that.)

Any ratified Constitution, and the principles that were inspiration of such set of Laws more importantly, of any territory or land, especially on the National level are set for to settle every dispute and keep order. It is where we get the word "settlement" from.

When Muslims look at their religion and rightly divide the truth of Islam, terrorism and Jihad is over. And when we that are not Muslim and have been attacked by terrorism, see true Islam, we will not instigate. (Not that I blame any victim for any attack. But terrorists has used our words to manipulate and instill hate and grow more terrorists.)

But back to America. We fight for no cause, and be-cause of ignorance, though I am sure willful ignorance at times. We must divide the difference between our principles and laws derived from our principles. And make a conscience decision that no law should be made that is not derived from the principles. America has been confused, and has needlessly debated already settled arguments by principle, and then has tried to legislate without them or despite and then wonder why nothing gets done, or nothing sticks.  If we can't do it right, how can we expect other nations to do it right. And the world is watching and they are fully aware of our laws, customs, and ways, for we have boasted of the greatness of these in the past. Let us prove what works.

America has already declared what and who we are from the beginning. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Just build. And our foundation ain't broke. Some of the people may have forgotten who we are, on both the Right and Left, and covered America with erroneous laws like dust from the Dust Bowl of the 1930's. (Ken Burns shout out!) But wipe away the mess and our ways are still here and still stand sure! We still have a Declaration of Independence.  We still have a Constitution. And we still have a history chalk full of examples and victory after victory because of such! God Bless the America we were, are and forever will be!

We, as forgetful hearers, have preferred to use the law as an offensive weapon and justifier of unreasonable positions and personal preferences, rather than use it for its intent to defend freedom and life, and all human rights.  And with all hypocrisy, all have complained and have had civil tantrums when this works against them and their position, but gloat and glory and justify all when they do the same.

The "Moral" Right hasn't been that moral, nor Constitutional in some of their positions, ways and means. This includes the Church, too. Many times spiritually they are correct, but Constitutionally they are way off. And they have not been fair to others of other beliefs, but are the first to fight and complain when they feel their religious liberties has been infringed upon.

The "Liberty for All", "Loving", "Liberal" Left, has also been hypocritical. They have become a body that seems only to fight for the liberty and freedoms of those that wish to exercise only the rights that they; Liberals, agree with and protect those only that use rights to say and/or do things they; Liberals, agree with.

Yes. I paint with a broad brush, but it is so common and pervasive, it is easier to be broad and hit all negatively, then praise the slither and few that do it right, even myself. And that is shameful! Look at the politicians, from both sides of the aisle, that were so frustrated they'd rather retire, then keep going the way we have been going. (Olympia Snow shout out!)

But I tell you with everything and all that is within me, a change is gonna come and is come! #Nowisthetime indeed! It has already begun. The #NewBreed #JusticeLeague is here! Yet, not new, but old and set from the foundations of this great Land, America.

Truth and Justice are to be determined by Fact and Doctrine, and not by anyone's emotions or preferences. Though feelings like compassion, empathy, love and care should motivate us to act and find solutions that will aid and build all and cast the widest net, we are to live and govern and do justice by set principle and not make it up as we go. This will make for long lasting solutions, and stop endless bickering.  But remove the foundations, and we will all not only forever argue, but sink and eventually be overtaken, even if it is for the most seemingly or actual noble cause. Not on my watch!

More to come.....

God Bless America. Remind your selves and brush up on exactly what that means and who we are.

And God Bless the Church, too. (I am a Christian.) But please study to learn and shew exactly what that means, also. Some have been greatly screwing it up; intentionally and unintentionally.

And God Bless every believer of every moral and good faith and those moral but not religious.  Be sincere and have integrity. If you can not sincerely practice, then perhaps you do not believe what you say you do. (I speak to every Christian as well.)

God Bless every man, woman, boy and girl, and all of Creation!

Peace on Earth and Goodwill to every one, great and great to BE!

We can, have before, and will again change the world for goodness sake! What is the alternative? Glory BE! Yes we can!

An Open Response to the Video Clip Linked Below By Sen. Marco Rubio

Sir. The video clip you made laying out your outline to fix our Immigration problem and repair and reform it, demonstrates the quintessential PROBLEM us regular folk is having with ALL of Washington.

You are as a Conservative picking a fight with Liberals and especially with the President for no reason. I am for pure dissent and pure opposition. God Bless America. But it must be real, and not a political strategy, but based on fact. You lash out at Liberals and Obama when 95% of what you state as your plan and ideas for Immigration Reform is also in President Obama's Immigration Reform proposal! So, once again, we see needless bickering that just causes strife and gridlock and in action. It has to stop!

I believe the biggest difference in the two plans seems to be what to do first, and the importance of taking care of our borders. Conservatives say that the borders must be secured first, before any other reform takes place. I agree. And, to be fair, the Democrats and Liberals really didn't weigh in too much on this point. I believe they will concede it if you just straight-forwardly communicate why the borders should be secured as best as possible before all else.

But all of your other points; fines, registering, back taxes paid, learning English, etc. can be found in the President's proposal as well. So, what is your real complaint? What is the basis?

It is agreed that perhaps Conservatives have cause for concern with enforcement. But qualifying enforcement and ensuring it can easily be solved by writing the parameters into the bill. And, it is important to note that neither President Obama, nor any Democratic representative will actually be on the ground patrolling the border and making day to day decisions. Give border patrol their marching orders through the bill as the Law they will enforce, and that's that.

Now in the things you mention that isn't in President Obama's bill such as "bio-metrics" and suggesting it should take "ten years" before those that are here can become citizens, I must comment. I'm against bio-metrics being used for this purpose, and until we know more and have a clear standard of accountability for government using bio-metrics, Im against it all together. Slippery slope. And while I do believe you are right that the process should be deliberate, ten years seems long.  I would like to know how you came up with that specific time range? But, "going to the back of the line" is right, and yet another point of common ground, being also found in Barack Obama's plan. We seem to be all agreed. It is right. And yet, there's a argument. Why?

In the video clip you speak of the American people's "mistrust in the ability of our government to perform basic functions".  You are right. There is a mistrust. So, then the question is why do we mistrust Washington. And the answer is little to nothing gets done. And the further question would be why is there such in action? And the answer can be found in clips and comments such this one that only starts fights so that neither party will communicate, or work together to solve problems, but rather campaign endlessly to keep useless seats of power; useless because NOTHING GETS DONE!

Bi-Partisan is best when it can be done without changing or ignoring American principles. It seems all are pretty much on the same page with Immigration, even some illegal residents, too. It is fighting, just to fight that disturbs us all. The world is watching and all I laid out in this open letter is common knowledge to anyone keeping track. All are watching and listening! All politicians, Conservative and Liberal, must stop playing political games with our lives.

Don't look Right or Left, just do the right thing! This especially goes for all elected or appointed officials while you are in the capacity of actual governing and legislating.

Senator Rubio. You're not a Conservative writing a bill. You're a Senator that represents all of Florida, and a Senator whom in this matter has been passed the baton and trusted to lead all of America in the right direction concerning Immigration. Just do that. Campaign on your own time.

When the Gang of Eight came out publicly and said they were working on a bill, I along with many others praised all of you. And when only a day or two later, President Obama introduced his Immigration plan, I did not like that and said so. Regardless of the details of his plan, the President's timing in presenting it seemed to undermine and undercut what the Bi-Partisan Gang of Eight were trying to do. Not undermine the specifics of the plan itself, but more so in the uniting of Red and Blue America. But when you or any Conservative does this that seems also to be clear gamesmanship, then what else should the President and all Democrats do?

Sir. They are giving you the ball! Take it and run. You can do it without all this other stuff. We are with you. But we will not be with anyone at this point who wants to fight just to fight and still get nothing done, whether Republican or Democrat.

God Bless America. Please remember what that means.

A Renewed Sense Of Patriotism Would Help On Every Front

America needs a renewed sense of Patriotism and a reignited passion for all America is and stands for.

Not that we have eradicated it and wiped it from the face of the Earth, but America defeated Communism, the philosophy that challenged democracy and liberty for all as the better way for governing, and other ideas that once threatened the Free World, by boldly speaking and continuing to BE and DEMONSTRATE American ways such as Life, Liberty, and a Pursuit of Happiness for all, among other values that promote humanity and a love and care for one other; everyones General Welfare, and a care for all Human Rights and all Life.

Now, in these new challenges, including that of radical Islam, which is not true Islam anyway, combined with a new rise of Communism and unkind Dictatorships, we have made the tactical error of becoming something else, in both speech and action, and acting like whom or what we fight, while claiming to detest their ways.

If America is going to continue to be the Leader of the Free World, we must set the standard and demonstrate it in speech and action, no matter what. We must not become what we despise, nor what we know will not work, has not worked and is wrong.

God Bless America; the America that is written and founded this Land. The One worth boasting about.

We need a renewed sense of passion and patriotism and pride stirred up in us. Truth, Justice and the American way should not be reserved as phrases for throw back comic books only, but America needs to be reminded that this is who we are.  And not just what we've been calling patriotism lately either, where really we've just been mean-spirited to everyone else and calling it patriotism.  We wear pins and wave flags, while we spew hate.

Anti-EveryBody else doesn't equal Pro-Us or Pro-America.

We are Pro-Everyone that is just. We are Pro-Innocence. We are Pro-Humanity. We are Pro-All Creation and all Life. (Happy Earth Week.)

Yes. Patriotsm. It will bring about a renewed Hope as we renew our minds as to who and what America really is. Everyone seems to need a Civics 101 refresher course.

Our pride, based on fact and a truth and an accurate sense of self, will renew the thirst and hunger for America and Americans again, internally and throughout the World.

Patriotism restored will be valuable in not only our world fights, but in some of our domestic squabbles as well.  Our values and #Constitution is #CommonGround and would solve almost every issue and concern on the national table right now; #Economy, #ImmigrationReform, #GunReform, #MarriageEquality, #WomensEquality, #ClassWarFare, #ReligiousLiberties, etc., etc., etc.

If our representatives would get back to mediating between the Law and "We The People", instead of being moved to and fro, we would get somewhere and move forward in a good manner, instead of constantly going in circles and constantly retreading the same ground and topics. And #Mediation differs from #Compromise. A good mediator will just do what is right which means it is possible to have all the apples on one side's cart, and none in the others. Right is Right. Just is Just.

I'm convinced renewed Patriotism is an intangible tool concerning all matters, foreign and domestic.

We have to care again. When we do, the rest of the world will, too.

Oh! We can change and save the world. We have before, we can again.

The #NewBreed Justice League is here. But not with really new concepts, but a re-call to get #BackToTheBasics.

Think about when a car gets stuck in the mud, snow or ice. Sometimes, you have to go backwards first, to move forward.

Let's Go America!

God Bless Us ALL! And crown our GOOD with brotherhood, from sea to shining sea and beyond!

What makes for Good Legislation? The 4 "C"s

#Comprehensive, #Commonground, and #Commonsense legislation that casts the widest net, and helps as many as possible, while being #Constitutional will move America forward.

Notice that I've left out that other "C" word that is often used in politics, #Compromise. Compromise is a placebo.  It sweeps things under the rug, while only seemingly handling situations and solving problems. It is a band aid, that makes every generation have to re-visit again and again the same issues rather than moving forward, onward and upward to new heights and greater challenges, or amending what was already done when or if needed.

Compromise sometimes is good, just like a tourniquet or safety pin that holds things together until real problem solving can be done and healing can take place. But it is never a conclusion to any matter. The proverbial "It's a good deal when no one is happy?", how's that working for America these days or the world? But there is a way that most people, at least reasonable, sensible people, which I believe most people are, can be happy. These 4 "C"s create a place where all can be satisfied.  There are real solutions and answers out there that are more than just compromises.

It is these real solutions, that enable every one to keep intact the integrity of their principles and beliefs, or change and grow if necessary. Using these four "C"s, every one that proposes any legislation can convince and qualify every thought and plan that they say is good for America. They should be able to explain each idea and point of view to the American people; sifting them through these 4 "C"s. This will garner faith and trust from the people and from the other legislators. And it will allow for real agreement, and therefore cooperation and therefore a successful, working government. And this model is for government on every level; federal, state, and local. It is also applicable, in every sphere and group, even the home, though perhaps the "C" that stands for Constitutional may be exchanged for another foundation, such as the Word of God, or the Bible for Christians or rules and procedures handbooks of any particular work place, for example.

But back to government and legislation. Power to the People. America and our American government is still of the people, by the people and for the people. And the most powerful force is still the well informed, and accurately so, voter. The public servant that does everything to properly inform us, is the one that really cares for all of America's well being and not just their own self-serving purpose or purposes. Just the facts ma'am, and the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, according to our laws and American values. That's what's needed. This is what makes for a good #PublicServant and not just a career politician.

Even if the majority wants something, if it doesn't lay firmly on top of our countries firm foundation, it must be cast down and disregarded. If it doesn't fit, it ain't legit. It is up to our officials to make sure of this. That takes character and strength.

Our representatives, from all three branches, Executive, Legislative, and Judicial, that are elected and appointed are supposed to be mediators between the Law and "We the People", and consider our desires, but properly balance them with what is lawful and right. Then, they must be able to adequately explain as to why something is unlawful or unwise, and can not be done, shouldn't be done, or a better way. They are not just to implement their own ways, and preferences. But neither are they to just do the will of the people, even the will of the majority. That would make us more of a Socialist nation, or at the very best a pure Democracy, neither of which we are. We are a Republic, that holds democratic elections and allows for some democratic or "majority rules" politics on certain issues as long as in any case, the will of the majority does not conflict with the Constitution, and/or infringe on any individual's rights.

America was built such that the will of "We The People" could rule, but not at the expense of even one individual's constitutional or natural born rights. The smallest minority in the nation or in the whole wide world for that matter is the lone individual. They are the least among us, and must be protected at all times. And at any given time, we all as separate beings, are the least.  It is also just as important that the will of any individual is not placed above the collective rights of everyone else or any sub group either. The Constitution is Commonground and our scale of Justice.

If everyone wanted to give up free speech or at least not exercise it, and only one wanted to speak, our representatives are to ensure that that one person's right to freely exercise their freedom of speech is protected without threat or harm for exercising it, even if the speech itself is detestable. It matters not whether the representative agrees with the thought or speech, either. Their job is to protect rights through influence, legislation, and enforcement.

And if that same wanted to yell fire, in a crowded theater, as a prank, our representatives are to protect everyone else from speech that will cause and/or was meant to cause direct physical damage or harm in other ways to one or many. It is the same with libel and slander, especially balanced with our Constitutional right to freely publish or freedom of the press. It can get tricky in rightfully dividing these matters, but God Bless America indeed.

If no one wanted to possess a firearm, except only one, then our representatives must fight, not for a right to shoot or for a right to violence, nor to provide a weapon, but they are to fight and protect that one persons right to exercise their right to possess arms for defense of our Free Nation and by extension self.

If one was to take said weapon and go on the offensive, and criminally attack by threat, maiming, or killing, it is for our representatives to protect everyone else's right to life and enforce the law against that individual.

Ohhhh! I will keep saying and singing the praises of our American Fore-Fathers and founders. Pure genius. The Constitution and American principles are God breathed! The Providence of this nation can not be denied. And there is a grace for every governmental leader on every level, to represent all Americans well in every cause, and move us forward in a good way; neither stagnant, nor in circles, nor backwards, nor in the wrong direction will do.

God Bless America.

Some of Why Washington Can Get Nothing Done

Part of the problem in Washington, and it has reached its peak with President Obama, is the presence and control of political parties in the day to day operations of government.

Look at government on a smaller scale and on a different level. Which leaders or agencies that coordinated the efforts to protect Boston and bring the criminals to justice, first checked in with the leaders of the Democratic, Republican, Independent or any other political party first as to what to do when?  Why is that behavior excused in Washington?

One should always be an activist, but President Obama is not in that capacity now. He is President of every single American and de facto Leader of the Free World.  It would serve the nation well, and the Democrat Party, if there was another person seen as the leader of the party and of other grassroots organizations while Obama is President.

This phenomenon started with George W. Bush, but it has hit its pinnacle with Obama.

Looking only at the leadership model, and not agreeing with any of their principles necessarily, it helped that there was a Carl Rove and others that led the Republican party outside of Washington, while Bush and Congress and the Supreme Court did the daily work. That was right. But the closeness of Rove and Bush, plus Fox News, started the problem and put many on edge. So, the problem did begin with Republicans, especially considering the closeness of the 2000 Bush/Gore race, how it concluded, and that some Democrats were already saying things like "Bush isn't my President".

But with the Obama administration, there are no lines drawn at all. So, we are in an endless election cycle because for a Republican to agree and vote with the President becomes tantamount to agreeing with Democrats, period.

I am not justifying any of this. Our representatives are supposed to just do what is right, regardless of who proposed it. Professional politicians that only do what ensures re-election is not good either. But, it doesn't help if any representative is constantly reminded, that the CEO is not for me, even if that's just an appearance. Don't give the appearance of evil. It's a scripture, but applicable, here.

I will continue to say the same. Political parties are great to filter and sift through candidates before they are presented to the public for election. But once the election process is over, they should NOT be involved in political decisions made by officials "We the People" have voted in office and not the party itself.

It is right for each party to act like American Government's "A & R" department and scout the nation and find real political talent; those with integrity, good ideas and all needed to move America forward. But like A&R, after you shape, develop and present, it is up to the people to decide and chose whom you present and if we do, then it is up to that leader to do the job on his or her own, according to the constitution and if applicable and not against the constitution, the will of the people.

As long as President Obama is seen more as the leader of Liberals and the Democratic party than President of ALL THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA, nothing or very little will get done.

Keep your principles, but lay down your pride. It's time to see EVERYONE'S view and side in ALL matters.

I speak truth in love. I refuse to vote Right or Left, but only for what is right. And I will not vote parties, but for people. It is people that propose bills, vote for them, declare war, fight wars, and represent America to the world, and not political parties.

An Opinion On Why Gun Reform Failed Today

I am reasonable. I was initially stomped as to why Gun Reform failed in the Senate today. It is a good bill. Background checks, the back bone of the bill introduced, is right. I do not consider 90% of Americans supporting it as proof, nor as an automatic reason to pass the bill, but as evidence of the reasonableness of background checks. Both Republican and Democrat men and women seem to say yes to the checks even if there is a split on other aspects on reform, like any "assault" weapon's ban or ban on any gun due to the Second Amendment. But I have some theories as to why this bill missed the mark and came short:

1) I agree with President Obama's assessment and statement's about some of the oppositions use of fear mongering and either ignorant or lying about the proposed bill, saying it contained a registry or would lead to one. The bill makes it illegal to do so.

2) The first reason was helped by this next one. The original bill proposed by Rep. Feinstein and fully backed by the VP and the President, contained an "assault" weapons ban.

The talk of any ban scared many strong Second Amendment proponents, especially because the push for a ban was so forceful. Initially, Gun Reform did not emphasize background checks, but in language, speeches, Google Hangouts, and on Sunday morning and other political talk shows, the overriding emphasis was on some kind of across the board gun ban and not checks. Even after the ban was dropped from the bill, it was said by Harry Reid to Feinstein that the ban could be presented as a possible amendment to the bill later. Many opposition groups were looking down that road and said no now.

Finally, 3) While the "nays" came from Republicans, I believe there may have been some "push back" from all of Washington against what I call "emotional bullying" that seems to be so prevalent in politics now more than foundational, Constitutional truth, fact, and law. I can't prove that this had anything to do with anything. It is only a hunch. But it is certainly possible. And my hunches are usually very good, because I use fact.

I do so hope the bill was voted on, whether in favor of or against, based on its merits and what each representative believed to be right for their constituents and the entire nation only, however. That is my hope and prayer.

I can't swear by these theories, but if I'm right in any way, I pray all consider these as Washington tries to move forward with possibly another bill on Gun Reform, but also with Immigration Reform and with all proposals concerning our Budget.

We pledge allegiance to the flag.......And to the REPUBLIC...... and not to a democracy or majority. Even the majority's plea must align with American Constitutional laws or be denied. But I believe the majority had it right this time.

I pray that the Senators that voted against the Gun Reform bill, and all that are opposed, are being reasonable and are only looking to do what is right and best. I hope they at least explain their position and offer their own bill.

While I agree that background checks would not have stopped Newtown/SandyHook, Connecticut, it would have stopped other massacres and will stop many home and personal crimes, by stopping those especially with mental health issues from buying guns. Most of these that the checks would prevent from purchasing do not have "black market" or "street" connections. They would be stopped by background checks. So, it is the right thing to do. If it stops one crime, saves one life, and still manages to protect every good, law abiding citizen's right to bear arms, it is a good thing and the right thing.

Let another Gun Reform bill is re introduced, and passed soon.

Let us remember and protect our children who are most vulnerable, especially in our inner cities. This is not another tug at any one's heart, but fact. They are not only most vulnerable and almost voiceless, they can not stand on or rely on exercising their Second Amendment right for defense, nor should it ever be a consideration for them.  The same law that those that oppose good Gun Reform measures rightfully fight for, may forget that hitch. The young are truly defenseless. But the law can be their voice. Many of the issues faced concerning gun violence are primarily law enforcement issues. A good, solid federal Gun Reform bill, that does not infringe on any citizen's right, can be one more tool used to enforce and protect by those who serve and exact justice. A universal or standard background check could in the least help protect each state from those that could legally possess or purchase through trade shows, on line, or through bordering or other states that may not be as stringent, and limit the pool of possible offenders per area. Yes. Criminals are criminals. But back ground checks would take away one of their options.  It is the universal aspect that may be the most important aspect of the bill and greatest asset to local and state authorities.

Once again. God Bless America. We still can get this done.

Sorry for so many replies. But much to say. These broad stripes have messed many believers up.

In my personal situation, God said I have to go back to my Church or not worship at all. In fact, I can do nothing but go to work and go home until I'm back in my Church and every lie is cast down. Then, I'm a pastor in the Uniondale/Hempstead NY area. There are no substitutions. And all who willfully  try to stop this through unjust means, supposing what u have said that I can go anywhere is right, shall not please God. God is not saying differently.
I continue to take up my cross waiting for the delivery of the saints by way of Truth.

I have great expectancy for myself and those involved because I love their souls.

Peace In and always bro!

Graced and Sent right where I am, then outwards. He shall enlarge my borders. I've been honorable.

Why I'm Against Banning Any Weapons, Though I Support Every Other Gun Reform Proposed By President Obama

I love that phrase "Civil Right". What is a "Civil Right"?

In all CIVILization, life is the most basic and common Right of all humanity. Therefore, any thing that protects it must be also a Civil Right. The right to defend life is a basic Civil Right of all humanity.  I dare say even more so than marriage and even of voting.

Many often do not view the defense of the Second Amendment as a Civil Right, but it is my hope to lay out and explain an acceptable argument in that if life and freedom of life is most basic to all humanity, so must one's defense of these because it defends both of them.

There is a reason that our great American founders saw fit to make the defense of the Nation's free state, the very second thought and founding principle, second only to religion or personal freedom to openly believe and be what one wishes to be when creating this country we all adore. Think about that. The Second Amendment is before privacy, before voting, before equal rights and ahead of the protection of States right.

I believe if all who oppose, for whatever reasons; personal, tragedy or other, viewed the Second and bearing of arms as a native born right, even if it's a right they'd rather not exercise or choose to exercise in other ways, they would change their tune and wholly support and protect every good citizens right to bear arms to defend nation and self.

The Right to bear arms is an American Civil Right as long as there are others who may oppose anyone elses life and freedom by bearing arms.

This would not be the first time, Liberals, based on principle, went against personal preference and had to make strange bedfellows to protect the greater good. There have seen many lawyers and Justice groups that have freed criminals that have committed heinous acts to keep the integrity of common rights and for Justice's sake. Justice is the tie that binds. And more than any other nation, the integrity of America Justice must be kept sure and unmoveable.

Another unusual alliance that defied been again fighters for Justice and Hate Mongers or Hate groups.

Through out American history, there has been actions and language that were contrary to our American values, or at least our written values and of general society; though widely accepted and legally sanctioned at certain times in our history. But at any rate, all such language at all times were legally protected.

But especially in the 80's, when racist and hate speech was most detestable (at least publically) by all main stream society, a new era of KKK members and skin heads began to rise up and wanted a voice and be more than a sub-culture.  Some were even "normal" looking with "normal" jobs and occupations such as politicians, business men and even "clergy". Many exchanged "white sheets" for suits and ties, though they partnered also with those of the stereotypical racist look and demeanor. But they were openly, and unfortunately unabashed bigots that used especially the Talk Show genre as a platform. These also used American Constitutional rights such as free speech, the right to publish publically, and the right to organize as provided by our First Amendment as protection, successfully. And Civil Rights activists rightfully agreed with them.

During the 80's, these not only were on TV, they won the right to march in parades, use bill boards and pass out literature that was offensive and promoted their beliefs, using the First Amendment. During these times, even the most Liberal and loving individuals and groups, and even those that were of the races, religions and physical groups being defamed, demeaned and verbally attacked, which could lead to more harm and physical attacks, had to consent on principle and American values that these racists had the American right to do and say what they were doing and saying.

Legislation would not work, lest we are no longer America. The only counter attack to the rise of racists was education, and using the same platforms as the bigots like Talk Shows, and confronting these with truth. Then, the people decided what kind of society we wanted to be and made changes without laws or changing principles. Racism may not be totally erradicated, and may not ever be, but truth won by controlling the conversation, without impeding the right out the opposition and keeping them from the conversation.

In the above example, it concerns the First Amendment. In our fight for New Federal Gun Regulations, we must consider the protecting of our Second Amendment, more so than protecting any of our preferences or our own righteousness. We must see farther down the road when making decisions now.

I won't get into every detail, they are being hashed and re-hashed daily. I agree with all the points being proposed by the Obama administration, organized for action and all other groups with the President, including the grieving parents and family members of Newtown and Sandy Hook, Connecticut.

I am for all points EXCEPT any gun ban, including any ban on "assault" rifles and weapons. Perhaps, a higher standard can be applied to individuals who want certain kinds of weapons, just as we have different standards for operating certain motor vehicles, but not a ban. That would be unconstitutional and may come back to bite us later.

It takes much discipline to apply and honor and protect rights that may lead to actions that we oppose and disagree with, but to maintain the general integrity of the nation.

What constitutional argument can be made to forbid even one law abiding citizen from purchasing these weapons? The good citizen's rights should never be impeded based on the actions of criminals, the mentally ill, or any other that doesn't or won't  comply with common legal and moral standards. The good should never be punished for the bad. And guns don't kill, people do. Just as they don't defend, people do.

In all instances, whether it is of these mass killings, or inner city crime, it should be a law enforcement issue and not a new legislation issue except those that do not infringe on the rights of law abiding citizens.

I know that unpleasant speech, no matter how unpleasant, can not be compared to the horror of losing a child, or any loved one, or the loss of life at all, though hate speech can set the atmosphere for violence and has. But protecting any right of anyone at any time can be compared.

God bless us all. It is right to want action. But we must always think justice first.

Please remember that all of America is based on Liberty and Justice for all. Yes, taking these from all in essence may have the same desired effect as ensuring them for all, but with far less value and happiness for the living.

Thank You.

God Bless the USA. It just works.

Finding Common Ground Takes Discipline

#GunRegulation #AssaultBan #CommonGround

It's about what is just right for ALL, what makes for common sense, and what's Constitutional. Right?

I am in total agreement with President Obama on every single point concerning new federal Gun Regulation laws, except any "assault" weapon  ban. All the other points are not only reasonable, they can be legally explained, passed and implemented without disturbing any our foundational principles such as The Second Amendment, and therefore would not impede any good citizens rights.

I will not get into great detail now concerning the proposed bill or bills now, nor why I I'm against any "assault" weapon ban, I've written and have spoken of my opposition in great detail many times before. But in this blog, I make a general plea of caution to President Obama and supporters of any such ban, and to all that can not make clear legal or Constitutional arguments concerning any issue.

I have yet to hear a clear, Constitutional argument against "assault" weapons, only emotional pleas and rhetoric. This is dangerous, because if one side can ignore our foundation, then so can all other sides on any given issue.  This is what causes and has causes America to not move forward or have to rehash the same old arguments again and again.

I've said the same to Conservatives and those that opposed background checks and other parts of gun regulation and other proposals like Immigration, and MarriageEquality.

Dissent is good and right. God Bless America. But the dissent must first be pure, and then make legal sense. I will continue to say that  it is imperative to find common ground much more so than common sense or compromise, for with the ladder two every one divides issues at different points. But the Constitution and American principles are common to all having already been well established, tried and true. Let me say it again. Our Constitution IS commonground.

We must all be careful as to how we spend our capitol. We must know when it's more expedient to call for new laws and legislation and when it is expedient to use influence only. I agree with a kind of ban as a preference, but who am I to take the right of another and force my preference on he or she? And if I do, the practice is sure to return back to me unfavorably.

It takes great discipline to only do what is right according to American principles and our Constitution, and not move or be moved by either the people's majority, emotions, lobbyists or by our own preferences.

Please consider.

If you have a legal argument that supports any "assault" weapon ban, applied to allthe general public, and not specifically ban them from criminals and the mentally ill or others, that properly lays on top of the Second Amendment; meaning it does not infringe upon the rights of law abiding, upright citizens set for the defense of the Free State and only by extension their ownselves, I would like to hear it. Again. I have yet to hear that argument.

Do not fight and win battles, only to eventually be reversed and have another generation have to argue and fight, and lose many other battles that take up valuable time and energy that should be used to build and develop new frontiers. Think about it. Always consider all always.

Learn and Live, Lead,  and then if necessary, Legislate. This is the way to go and a path to peace and harmony; inter-dependance where we all win and are to each other mutually beneficial yet still individuals.

God Bless America.

I know you are in mourning but....

I know Pastor Warren that you are still mourning the death of your son Mathew. Perhaps you should not try to give doctrine at this time concerning the matters you grieve. It may not be wise. But if you are going to, I must always continue to live out the profession of my faith and use the grace given me and why I am sent.

There is no condemnation in Christ Jesus. (Rom 8:1) You have accurately stated so. But you leave out the follow up thought in the very same scripture. There is no condemnation to he that walks according to the Spirit and not the flesh is the entire thought. This is vital.

The Church has wrongfully taught "once saved always saved", but that isn't totally true. For now and forever more, whether saved or not, God made us free moral agents. We can opt out at any time. But if you desire to stay, God will help you and nothing will seperate you from the love of God. But if you continue in the flesh, even while acknowledging Jesus, the wages of sin is still death.

The Church must deal with the following scriptures:

Many say Lord. Lord... (Math 7:22) - So there is an acknowledgement of Jesus the Lord and doing of works in His name, but still no salvation.

Clouds without Water (Jude 12 ) - Clouds meaning so above but without water or the right spirit.

Twice Dead (Jude 12) - Who can be twice dead but one that was born twice or born again, meaning in Christ Jesus at some point.

And the letters to the 7 Churches from Jesus Christ Himself (Revelations Chapters 1-3). Jesus says to certain ones of His own Body; the Church, to repent or have your light extinguished and be removed. They were saved.

There is no escaping. Once saved, always saved is not true.

Again Pastor Warren. I know you are grieving. And I know you want to help others suffering with mental illness and their loved ones. But we still are required, appointed and anointed to preach absolute truth.

Let God be true and every man and his testimony, even our very own lives and experiences be a lie. (Rom 3:4) He is God.

It is Truth that sets free. (John 8:32 ) Emotions are fine, but the justified shall live by faith. (Rom. 1:17) And we walk or live by this faith, and not by sight, senses or emotions no matter how powerful or overwhelming. (II Cor. 5:7) And this faith must be in the Word of God as found in the bible only, and direct by the Spirit. For this faith comes by hearing. And hearing by the Word of God. (Rom.10:17 ) thy word is Truth ( John 17:17) and it is God (John 1:1).

Take some time off if necessary. But if you will to continue, please be sure you post and preach God's righteousness only.

Comfort and Joy my friend. Peace.

An Open Letter To Jack and Rexella Van Impe: I'm Still Don't Know Why Those That Have Access Don't Reachout And Communicate, Especially Ministers

I love Jack and Rexella Van Impe, but something isn't quite right. It seems that they intentionally focus on certain people depending on the political winds of change. I'm fine with going after anyone attacking Chistianity or the gospel. I'm set for the defense of the gospel as well. But I didn't quite get this broadcast.

Jack Van Impe suggests it's blaspheme to use the term "I Am" . But other than the self existence of God, mankind was made to be exactly like God. It is Satan, and all other creatures that can not ever use it. Mankind truly is the apple of God's eye and glory of all Creation and given dominion. We are kings and lords. The completion of equality with God is Christ or God in us, and this is accomplished through Christ and our receiving and BEing by Grace through Faith. Believers are literally the Body of Christ, One with Him and in Him. So, how can we not BE as He is? Jesus Himself even said greater works we will do. We will do greater because Jesus goes and sends us His Spirit; the quintessential force of all power without the confines of flesh. And also greater because we finish what Jesus started and stopped only to deliver us.

1 Corinthians 15:10
But by the grace of God I AM WHAT I AM (Paul): and his grace which was bestowed on me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

I also am what I am by grace, as is every believer. And actually every person in the world, but others are blinded and only stumble upon it by accident sometimes.

The Van Impes also had an issue with some saying they are gods. But Jack. Me and you are word masters. This is an easy one.

Psalms 82:6
I (God) have said, You are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

John 10:33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone you not; but for blasphemy; and because that you, being a man, make yourself God. 34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, You are gods?

And as said above, we literally are the Body of Christ whom is God and Lord. How can the Body be different? Take DNA from anyones head and then from their leg or other body part and you will get the same identity results.

As far as the Atheist comments, I agree with Van Impe. However, how is the unbelief of an Atheist different from any other unbeliever including when we ourselves that now believe were in unbelief. As Van Impe pointed out, we were all sinners once and came short of the glory and did not believe. But the goodness of God leads to repentance, He rains on the just and the unjust so so should we that believe, and while we were yet enemies.... And Constitutionally the First Amendment protects the unbeliever as well as any believer or worshipper. Unbelief or Atheism is a belief system as well. Use that very same First Amendment to preach the gospel that they might be saved!

Since I'm on a roll. Why are Christians afraid of a one World religion or Government? As long as it is not by force, isn't that exactly what Christians are commisioned  and given power to do in Jesus's name? If we perfectly did our job, wouldn't there be One Religion; Christianity and thus One government; the Kngdom of God. But by choice of each individual, them becoming born again,  by freely coming. On Earth as it is in Heaven....? Ring any bells? But unfortunatly, it will not happen without Jesus snatching the Church first and an Anti-Christ. But that doesn't mean the Church should not try to change the world through faith and make discples of Jesus everywhere. Make life glorious now!  There's a charge on all of us! I'll have to get snatched up or raptured even while preaching the gospel!

I don't know what's going on, but I do know a little about who Van Impe is connected too based on past broadcasts. Stop this. Truth and Accuracy sets free. Shame on you all.

And as for the Cross, Jesus was slain before the foundations of the world just as was all mankind was also created before the foundations too. Selah. See Enoch, Moses, and Elijah and how they bypassed the grave and was translated before even Christ's birth. And if God did it for one, He could do it for all. He is no respector of persons. But great faith does this take. So, being so loving and merciful; always looking to cast the widest net....For God so loved the world, He tangibly sent Emanuel to die and give real proof as historical record for all those that needed to see and feel blood. The just shall live by faith, but some still need to see something and or hear. They still need the senses. God understands and gives the majority what they need that there be no excuse when He judges. But it is still more blessed for all and empowered towards all those that really walk by faith having meditated and do not need the senses at all.

Last thing. Be angry and sin not... to lie or tell half truths about anyone just because you don't like them, personally or politically, is sin. Be careful. Verify all of your information. Talk with the person when possible. Then, report when necessary. Respect and honor counts!

I can't speak about Shirley McClain, nor the authors of the books Jack and Rexella spoke of. And I too don't like the New Age, "Jesus isn't the only way" beliefs that I've seen and heard out of Oprah Winfrey's own mouth for myself. But to be fair, it's been a while since I've heard that kind of talk from her.  And she has supported things like History's The Bible series of late. I'd be interested to hear what she has to say now. It's fair to at least ask her first. But I know for a fact from other Van Impe programs you support someone else and seem to have other allegences. The preachers especially must be neutral and just say Truth. And especially those that are 5 fold Prophets. Absolutely no respect of persons should any Christian have anyway. Jesus didn't even have bias towards his own mother! 3 times at least Jesus was sharp with Mary and His brethren, yet respectful. Purity.

Let us end this now. But if you think shenanigans are still afoot, pray and ask God. Let's not just make things up or try to throw out innuendos to cause suspician. That's disgusting. Nation(ality) v. Nation(ality) still? Let all believers be One in the Spirit with the bond of peace. Let all Americans be one according to our common values and principles by way of our historical documents. The bible is commonground for every believer. The Constitution is commonground for all Americans.

#Soclose

Peace In! And God bless America.

Please remember that Love never fails.

Yulanda K. - An awesome Pastor now.
Ps. I pray someone passes this to Jack and Rexella. And I pray we oneday meet face to face.
