Washington Gridlock: Causes and Cures

I may not be your mother's pastor, but I am much like the politicians and public servants of old, when the system worked and moved more fluidly.

The problem in politics today, in government specifically, and then extended out into every sphere and on every level, is the inability to communicate period, and the inability to fully communicate  what needs to get done and how, and then the communication of pure (emphasis on pure) dissent and opposition, based on more than that it is the other party, and therefore the enemy, and therefore they MUST disagree, even if the proposition, opinion, or position is sensible and reasonable.

In addition to the above, even when there is pure dissent based on valid reasoning, but what is being proposed is also valid and reasonable, there are just opposing views due to ideology, after a debate is had, whether in the Senate, Congress, or in the public, and a vote is taken, and the proposal is made into law, outside of it being truly unconstitutional, the losing side, especially in the Legislation these days, REFUSE to accept that loss, and do everything possible, to help implement that law, and enforce it. That is Constitutionally as much your job, as the debates.

How, or better yet, why even bother to reason and convince, when either side says not only will they not ever change, even if the facts say they should, but if also that if they lose the vote, fair and square, they will just keep going? How can any thing ever get done?

"Fair and Square" must also be emphasized, for if not, then a continued fight is justified. This is the third major problem I see. A fair fight is based on truth and fact, integrity, constitutionality, morality and what is right and best for all, with the public servant putting his needs, and the political party needs sometimes last, and that of his or her constituents, and the needs of John and Jane Q. Public of all of America, first.

These three major points, all linked to communication and integrity, is what is causing all gridlock in Washington and in every level of government through out America. This is why the people are suffering. Almost everything can be fixed right now, if every politician, those in media, and every citizen, took a hard, long look at themselves, and how they are to be blamed because of the points I have made, for little of nothing getting done.

For examples, these things are reflected with the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Whereas, it is good for America, ironically based on many Conservative ideas, yet is attacked daily by Conservatives, I believe just because it is an Obama idea, rather than Republicans using their values to get it done, and proving Conservative values work, especially in how we implement laws nationally. Recently, I wrote a piece saying Carpe Diem to the GOP. My hope was that they would get co-credit, by helping, not by furthering repeal efforts.

We also see this in Immigration Reform. The Republican Party bought up a good point about enforcement, a Bi-Partisan committee made necessary changes to accommodate, and yet the Speaker of the House, rather than working even with members of his own party. He decides the Republicans in Congress should write their own bill, simply because there he can control it, having a majority in Congress. But he does not have a majority in the Senate, and with a Democratic President in office that supports the Bi-Partisan bill, the Speaker sets up again, a guarantee that nothing will get done. Even if his strategy is to wait for a majority in both Houses, and for a Republican President, what about the citizens now? And what about the voice of the representatives of constituents that are in the majority now? And what happens if he never get the majorities he wants, or a Conservative President? Time wasted?! "We The People", the biggest losers again?! His way, or no way?! I speak to both parties, for both have played these games.

Finally, we have the many cabinet nominees. After President Obama was re-elected, he made the mistake of verbalizing that because he was re-elected, he did not have to keep certain agreements and certain policies must go his way. He said, "The people have spoken". For all the reasons above, he was wrong in almost every respect, accept in the case of most White House staff and cabinet member nominees.

Unless there is a reason for real concern about a nominee, outside of opposition based on ideology only, which obviously will most likely suited to that of the elected official, in this case President Obama. In this case, President Obama's statement, "I won the election", works. All leaders, within reason, have the right to have the members of a team they want, and that they feel will best push the President's agenda forward, that the majority of the country voted for or at least a majority by way of the electorate, via voting for the President. The losing opposing party should fight against those that are unlawful or obvious harmful to America in ways other than ideological, but they have to accept the former premise and statement. It is just right and the best way to go forward.

What are the cures? One: Stop it! Consider what I say, and just stop it, politicians and all that are guilty of any or all of these gridlock causes. And two: We need "fresh blood" in Washington and in all of government.

The New Breed, Justice League Public Servants are on the way. Some may be by principle more Leftist or Right, but we will not look exclusively either way, but always towards what is right or best that casts the widest net and moves all of America forward in a good way.

God Bless America and its Republican system of government. It works. But people with integrity, especially elected officials, to cooperate with it and with each other, and allow it to work.

Walmart And Washington DC's Minimum Wage Increase

Why Walmart is wrong for reconsidering moving forward on all 6 proposed new locations in Washington DC due to DC's recent minimum wage increase law for Mega Stores.

I am pro Capitalism and anti big government and too much regulation, for the most part. I hate a Nanny State whether pertaining to the private citizen, or businesses.  I believe in less regulation, and that their should be freedom for businesses to operate the way they seem fit. I believe private business, in some ways, is an extension of an owners individual rights. But clearly there must be some exceptions because there will be other individual lives and rights connected to any business, such as that of employees, suppliers, consumers, and etc.

It is because of these connections that of course in any good, well governed society, there has to be some government involvement and over site with private enterprise. It is just a matter of how much. We are seeing and learning that how much government regulation depends on, and should depend on the level of self regulation and fairness business practices businesses are willing to implement on their own.

Prior to the Super Store era, with mega square footage, and with the ability to sell almost every kind of product and service, for me and most Conservatives, how Capitalism worked, and little government interference was a no brainer. The market and employer/employee relations would just work itself out. Jobs like supermarket cashier was never meant to support whole families, so minimum wage is fine. If a worker wanted more, they could just get another job, and or get better educated and move into a higher paying profession. Then, others willing could just move into the vacated, entry level positions.

In the era of Super Stores like Walmart, we have a bit of an issue with this former Conservative logic, though. That latter option, college, is not available to all, and we still want to be fair to all workers at any level and pay scale.  Mega stores like Walmart, when they move into neighborhoods, they often put many other smaller businesses out of business. There is nothing wrong with that. It is fair competition. The community is still being serviced with needed products and services. Often times these stores can even support the local work force, if not more than the other stores in the community combined. But now, if there is a dispute, an employee now has fewer options, or no other options at all. When the hardware store worker had to stock the shelves, or sweep up, he had far less to do. But with a Mega store, even with more workers, there's more work for the same pay. I know I worked at one.

So with less options or no options given to low wage earners because Super Stores take out the competition, and due to stores like Walmart enjoying almost monopoly type mega profits for the same reason, it is only fair and right that these stores pay just a little more to their workers.

This type of thinking and reasoning is similar to night time differentials, for one example, that is often paid out to night time workers to compensate for the difficulties they might have. Super Stores should not fight this. They should have done it on their own. It is fair. Capitalism is fair and is an economic system that was set to be fair and just to all of society; private business owners, employees, consumers, and the communities they serve in general. It was never meant to be a system for greed. Yet, sky is still the limit, or there is no financial limits that can not be achieved using it justly and fairly. It can manifest the American Dream for anyone that gets involved.

Consider. As an aside. To my Jewish and Christian brothers, the system of Capitalism is the closest Earthly system to the land of milk and honey, and the system of the Kingdom of God.

Marriage Equality Now: I Have Not Heard Any Good, Legal Constitutional Argument Against It Yet

Marriage is a State's right due to the varying benefits and State laws that govern marriage, divorce, and inheritances. But I do not believe the Equal Right of Gays can be denied in any way, and not in marriage.

I am pro small government, and State's rights. Any State can, for example, set DMV laws, and the legal driving age at 16, while another at 17. But no State can make a law that makes it illegal for a Gay person to drive, or set a different standard for Gays to meet to drive.

Each State fight, by supporters of Marriage Equality, can use existing Federal laws and precedents found in Human/Civil Equal Rights decisions and Marriage Rights decisions to win legal equality in their States. If any State refuses, then there is a good Federal case to be made. But the local fight should be first. That is the way our government is supposed to work primarily.

As far as the slippery slope of polygamy, and marrying outside of the species or inanimate objects, if this was to come up, to prevent making a total mockery of marriage, the Federal legislators may need to eventually write a "DOMA" type law that specifically defines what marriage is and what it is not, especially limiting it to two consenting adult human beings, at one time. I would hate to see it come to that, and that that kind of legislation would be needed, but we can not leave certain doors open for harems, and children being being married off. Any law, however, unlike DOMA, should leave out the defining of any benefits and all things that specifically pertain to States, and that would interfere with State's rights.

To those that oppose Gay Marriage, especially on a religious basis, remember that not all sin can or should be illegal, nor should we criminalize all sin, else many of us would be locked up and woefully miserable right now, because we would not have freedom to openly BE.  Let freedom ring even if one disagrees with what another does with that freedom. If not, perhaps one day soon, one that disagrees with what you do, even if you live the most holiest life style, will seek to take your choice and right to live the way that you do.

If you oppose for other reasons, then I would love to hear those reasons. I do not see a way around liberty and justice for all, when it is not harming another.

A Well Oiled Machine, the Way Our Government Was Built To Run, Needs The Oil Of Whole and Wholesome Truth From All Sides

Yesterday, Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday, used Article 2 of the Constitution to support a guest and their position that President Obama was not upholding his Constitutional responsibilities to enforce all Federal laws. I believe they used a very small part of the introduction of Section 3, of Article 2 of the Constitution.

...he (the President) shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.

I believe the Article was applied to Obama's decision to give businesses more time to implement the ACA.  Therefore, the guest and it seemed Wallace as well, concluded that the President is not enforcing a federal mandate, and is not acting in accordance with the Constitution, and that Conservatives had a right to distrust and not act in all instances, such as with Immigration Reform, because he could do this at anytime, with any other law, including in not enforcing the borders. By this logic, nothing will ever get done.

Further more Article 2 was used as some sort of way to justify the Senate, and Congress; the Legislative Branch, lack of action to pass any law that is needed, and in a timely fashion, that every citizens life, liberty and pursuit of happiness can have free course. Don't pass the buck. If any legislator, or any group in Congress or the Senate, is going to be purposely and willfully inactive and obstruct, then have the "chudspa" to take the responsibility for doing so. Because once again, it is "We The People" that are the ones that really get hurt with this kind of thinking.

While I love Mr. Wallace and Fox, what they omitted is that the President yes must enforce laws, but also has the right to make those laws or pardon, that he must enforce, using Executive Orders, which I am not a fan of at all, but are Constitutionally lawful.

Look at Clause 5 of Section 3 of Article 2 of the Constitution. Perhaps Wallace and company used this as well. But let us see the whole matter. It reads as follows:

Clause 5: Caring for the faithful execution of the law The President must "take care that the laws be faithfully executed." [13] This clause in the Constitution imposes a duty on the President to take due care while executing laws and is called the Take Care Clause, [14] also known as the Faithful Execution Clause. [15] This clause is meant to ensure that a law is faithfully executed by the President, [14] even if he disagrees with the purpose of that law. [16] By virtue of his executive power, the President may execute the law and control the law execution of others. Under the Take Care Clause, however, the President must exercise his law-execution power to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed."

If you keep reading, you will come to this:

(Also contained in Clause 5) The President possesses wide discretion in deciding how and even when to enforce laws. He also has a range of interpretive discretion in deciding the meaning of laws he must execute.

And also, in 2.1

The President, furthermore, may grant pardon or reprieves, except in cases of impeachment.

I am aware the final piece of a clause is primarily applied to convictions and prisoners of war, but it adds to the flexibility a President has, and my point.

Executive Orders can be used at any time, most notably in times of war.  It is President Bush that made great use of this power, and re-popularized them recently. And it is these Orders that are made necessary, when the Legislative Branch can not, or will not act. The accusation, is caused by the accusers. Then, it all comes full circle. Once again, in the vicious cycle, it is the ordinary citizen that can get hurt the most.

Even in enforcement, good judgement, compassion, and common sense, must be used in application with reason, per the enforcer. That is what makes for good leadership.

It is right for President Obama, to in this case, give more time to businesses. It is good faith. The same reasoning can not be applied to most individuals, except if States are having problems with information and guidelines, and are not stalling. Many Republican governed states have used stall tactics, and the President is not obligated to entertain.

Reason and Common Ground Can Not Come Except By Changing Hearts, Minds, And Contrary Opinions, Not By Force, But BY Influence

I definitely mean no disrespect by using Social media to speak, nor am I afraid to speak face to face, but this is just the only means of wide communication and publishing, to touch many and convince.

I will keep this short, but you can not reason with any one, or gain common ground with any individual or group, unless there are common definitions held of words, phrases, and terms, or at least the two parties are aware of their differences in definitions and understand and accept the differences.

I often speak about perfection, and many dispute the possibility of it, even Christians. But my speech and reasoning is according to the Bible. Using the Bible, perfection is not only possible, but expected for all Christians, by God. There is always mercy available, but Jesus died that we may be just like Him; He who is perfect. He died that we may be One with Him. How can imperfection be One with perfection and the whole still perfect? Lest we say God is no longer perfect.

The quibble seems to be over the definition of perfect. There is both a natural or secular one, and a spiritual or biblical one. Sometimes words have the same meaning in and out of religious contexts, and sometimes not.

Take the word "enlightened" or "enlightenment". There is a use and meaning per Christianity, Buddhism and other Eastern religions and philosophies. It is also found in Judaism. Christian enlightenment is not defined the same as it is in Eastern religion. Though similar to Judaism, the application differs to that of Christians.

In conclusion, words and right definitions matter. There can be no reason, true peace, and agreement with out such. Herein lies most of the problems in America, especially in government, and politics. Most unfortunately, much worse than a lack of study, and research, there has been a purposeful mis-skewing and manipulation of words and terms to win battles. How can we have peace in either of these cases?

To my Christian brethren, perfection; "Bible Perfection" is come. Do a study on what that means and of God's call for it, provision, and way made, for us to BE it. I will not do so here.  But surely, you will not disagree if your are truthful and honorable.

After you study to at least shew ME approved, if you are not perfect in your opinion, and feels no one is, has been, or can be "Bible Perfect", including me, then still we must hold to what the Apostle Paul says in the book of Romans: Let God be true and every man a liar.

I will never force, but I do believe that it is the job of reasonable people to reasonably convince or be convinced, about all facts, and truth. Truth and fact differs, and there is a place for  differences and different opinions. But there can be no righteousness or justice with out truth and facts. Therefore, it is even more incumbent on especially all preachers, religious leaders, and all moral leadership, and public servants to convince and bring about change by changing hearts and minds, and yes opinions to find common ground, and therefore a basis for reason, and therefore an opportunity to bring about peace.

There is a way for every individual to perfectly practice their own personal belief system, with perfect integrity and still inter-dependently unite with all others for every good, and common cause. It starts with the right words.

Please Do Not Attack America or American Justice. They Are Not At Fault, But Were Manipulated: Under Existing Florida Laws, Where is George Zimmerman's Case For Self-Defense?

I so love this country and its Justice System. Not only is the Zimmerman acquittal a miscarriage of justice, and not about race, Florida's Stand Your Ground isn't the real issue either.

Being Miss American Justice and Enforcement, if George Zimmerman and his team had won on a loophole in the law, and his defense definitely fell within the parameters of the law; Stand Your Ground or any other, I would now be defending him and the system.  I still find myself defending the law and system, but against this verdict that there may be true justice for Trayvon Martin, and for all people, so that Truth and Justice, and the American way, may be sustained, and shown to be as wonderful as they are and America is.

Peace and justice go together. There is a time to be angry, but non violence is the way. My bible teaches to BE angry, but not to sin. And I will obey.

Ephesians 4:26

Be you angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down on your wrath:

That word "day" means era, moment, or movement.

How can I speak against the actions of Zimmerman and others, if my actions or my heart reflect the same? I will both speak and do truth.

If you read the Stand Your Ground Law and its statutes, it does not support any defense of Zimmerman, based on his testimony, and on any facts or evidence. Though not perfectly either, the law would support Trayvon more so, had he survived and was charged with anything.

The issue I have with the case is that Zimmerman clearly broke the law and did not get off on a technicality, or because a flaw in the law and lawyers exploiting or litigating well. He, Zimmerman, simply got away with murder, because of the law not being properly applied or at all. Even the media, missed certain key points.

I did not follow the trial, only the events, evidence and facts. Per these, Zimmerman is guilty, even according to Florida's Stand Your Ground.

Below are links to the transcript of the 911 call, and a link to the Stand Your Ground Law and all its statues. Judge for yourself.

For those who do not like what is commonly called, "Castle" laws, "Draw The Line" and" Stand Your Ground" laws, I definitely understand why. These laws can be used, abused and manipulated to support murder, rather than defend. Also, especially in Florida, we have seen self defense claims triple, and many exonerated of unnecessary kills, and possible murders.

On the other side of the coin, as a defender of justice and law enforcement, the right of life and self protection, defense of home, family, and property, I clearly see these laws were put in place because exactly the opposite of what many do not like as a result of those laws were happening. Many citizens who truly were defending their homes, selves and others were being successfully sued and prosecuted for doing so, without these laws.

We must consider the whole matter. We must take every incident case by case and scrutinize it through what is lawful and right, and leave out personal past experiences.

Looking strictly at the law as is, George Zimmerman is guilty of the manslaughter of Trayvon Martin, regardless of any race factor. We can examine race in judging Zimmerman's frame of mind, and reasonableness of his actions. In that, race is a factor. He clearly said things that leads one to believe he may have had a problem with blacks and/or young people dressed a certain way. But I implore all to not make this case, an example of a racist system of Justice. That can not be proved. And the system is not.

Stand Your Ground does not support following or stalking the possible threat, while you're on the phone with 911, the police.

The only possible good, lawful defense of Zimmerman, could have been, sub-section (3) of Stand Your Ground. It reads:

(3) A person who is not engaged in an unlawful activity and who is attacked in any other place where he or she has a right to be has no duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground and meet force with force, including deadly force if he or she reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.

But due to facts, according to Zimmerman's 911 call and the transcripts, this can be quickly rejected. Though not explicit, just as in the case of the Second Amendment, and Justice Scalia's conclusion that the Second is not "unlimited", though not clearly stated, so must we use reason in the case against George Zimmerman and conclude section 3 is not unlimited unless chaos and legal, justified anarchy ensues everywhere. And we are close, if we do not nip this in the bud, now.

It is not reasonable to justify homicide, using self defense, using subsection 3 of Stand Your Ground, in Florida, if the one "preventing death or great bodily harm" makes himself the aggressor, and so his location, as described as "any other place" is now based on offensively moving forward. The entire law speaks of "not retreating" or "standing ground" , but not moving aggressively forward, unless you yourself are law enforcement. I do not believe Neighborhood Watch counts.

We definitely have a clear miscarriage of justice which is dangerous to us all, and threatens every American's life, and liberty. Who will fear killing any one, if the land is unjust? Yes. We can not prove why there was no justice; ignorance, incompetence, oversight, race, the stars aligned wrong.  We only know, and can prove that there was injustice. We must repair the breach before all the walls tumble down.

There will be peace, as in no violence. But the voice of rightful, just, and moral agitators; stirring up real peace, not trouble, must be and will be heard for every one's sake.

Being pro protection, defense and law enforcement, I like the laws in question, though some may need to be refined. I will keep saying and insisting and insisting that it is not the laws and systems of America. They are near perfect. It is the integrity and morality of people, or lack of these, and sometimes of knowledge,  that is the real issue right now in America. It is a heart thing.

The Battle Is Not Yours Or Ours...? Often Misunderstood

Amos 3:7

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he reveals his secret...

Whose battle was it concerning Goliath? God's, David's or both?

Co-laboring is real. With out it, and responsibility, there is no joint inheritance with Jesus, or co dominion and co authority with Him either. With out "work" and responsibility, we only possessions, children, and slaves, and not sons of God.

Now how we fight is different, than in the natural realm, and also how we gain. There is not any set pay scale or fairness according to earthly standards. It is much better. God is just and has an unlimited supply for there to be no limits and bounds for all.

But be not at all deceived. You don't work. You don't eat.

2 Thessalonians 3:10

For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.

Allow me to show the rest of the passage to show how clearly this is related to our peace; nothing missing, broken, or lacking in your life. And why some who say God is unfair or certain others are greedy, may need to more strongly consider whether they know their God given profession of faith and whether they can now be found so doing by the Lord.

2 Thessalonians 3:11

For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies.

2 Thessalonians 3:12

Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.

2 Thessalonians 3:13

But you, brothers, be not weary in well doing.

2 Thessalonians 3:14

And if any man obey not our word by this letter, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.

(Let me interrupt and focus all eyes here. For many Conservatives predominantly like to stop here. Jack Van Impe has quoted a similar text, to the verse above, found in Corinthians, in back to back broadcasts. He stops at and emphasizes the "have no part with them" part, but many, not just him, must see all the Word and be very careful of quoting scriptures sporadically. God is the volume of the Word. I love Van Impe. But this is one of my professions at work. It is not meant to disparage. Let me continue on to the next verse, so you can see why I interrupted.)

2 Thessalonians 3:15

Yet COUNT HIM NOT AS AN ENEMY, but admonish him as a brother.

And then, as we all tap into what we are supposed to do, and do...

2 Thessalonians 3:16

Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.

But notice our responsibility.

Let us place the commonly sung battle hymn and mantra of "The Battle is not yours, it's the Lords" through God's manifold truth and wisdom filter, fully, and gain more wisdom and an understanding.

Here is the scripture:

I Sam. 17:46 This day will the LORD deliver you into my hand; and I will smite you, and take your head from you; and I will give the carcasses of the host of the Philistines this day to the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. 47 And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saves not with sword and spear: for the battle is the LORD's, and he will give you into our hands.

Notice David does not suggest or take a position that either he or Israel should do nothing, only that he is confident the victory has already been prepared for them.

See another passage:

II Chronicles  20:15 And he said, Listen you, all Judah, and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you king Jehoshaphat, Thus said the LORD to you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's. 16 To morrow go you down against them: behold, they come up by the cliff of Ziz; and you shall find them at the end of the brook, before the wilderness of Jeruel. 17 You shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand you still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you.

Notice verse 17. Here we see, they would not have to fight. But in further reading you discover that they did have to take action. It just was highly unusual and a seemingly foolish way to win a battle or war.

II Chronicles 20:21 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers to the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endures for ever. 22 And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushes against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.

We have overcome by our faith. But we have to, by faith, follow specific instructions to actualize the victory. God's part is done. He even now only speaks what has been spoken.

Gen. 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. 3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

John 19:30

When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, IT IS FINISHED: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

Meditate. Study. Manifest.

Peace In. Often there is no inner peace or external because there is no reason. And there can be no reason with out true and right understanding and definitions. Then there will be common ground on which all partnerships, co operation, and treaties are built off of; agreement. Then and only then, can there be true equality.

Amos 3:3

Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

Amos 3:7

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets, (and now to all).

1 Corinthians 3:10

According to the grace of God which is given to me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another builds thereon. But let every man take heed how he builds thereupon.

Why Can't We Be Friends? We Are... - An Addendum

This goes along with my previous blog, "Why Can't We Be Friends...", blogged earlier today. 

Isaiah 12:2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. 3 Therefore with joy shall you draw water out of the wells of salvation.  

Gentiles are those wells of salvation, that is the salvation of Israel. 

Peace In, for God has blessed us all, even through each other, and one for the other.

Why Can't We Be Friends? We Are, Whether You Receive it or Not

Proverbs 27:17

Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.

Proverbs 27:18

Whoever keeps the fig tree shall eat the fruit thereof: so he that waits on his master shall be honored.

This verse is connected and revealed in the relationship between John the Baptist, the greatest natural man ever, and with Jesus Christ.

Matthew 11:11

Truly I say to you, Among them that are born of women there has not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.

John and Jesus represent the transfer from the Old Testament to the New Testament. They together are the picture and symbol of Gentiles being grafted into Israel,  and their covenant extended to all of mankind because, they have kept the faith, and bought the world to a certain point, though they didn't understand this.

Israel did not understand this, that their deliverance from all enemies would now be through their enemies no longer just conquered and slayed, but by a grafting in of them by love and a change of heart. Therefore, no more enemies but friends, and thus still salvation by way of inclusion, no longer exclusion. Is this not still victory, but only better? Life and peace unto all. Some may not still receive the olive branch, but this offer to all first, is wisdom. 

Now even John the Baptist, though the greatest of all men born to women up to that point, who at first rejoiced and believed in Jesus as the Savior, when Jesus did not do it the way John perceived, John doubted, and so was beheaded. Yes. A lack of faith, and doubt can cause you to lose your head.

Mathew 11:2 Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples, 3 And said to him, Are you he that should come, or do we look for another? (Because Jesus did not stop and come to save him, or tear down Rome, especially considering John's capture.) 4 Jesus answered and said to them, Go and show John again those things which you do hear and see: 5 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

What would have been if John stayed in faith? We don't fully know, for they killed faithful Stephen still. But on the other hand, Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead, and Jesus did not come right away. If you stay in faith, not even death is too late. And God has something awesome for Stephen, too. But back to this topic; #friends.

As said above, Proverbs 27:17-18, is connected to the relationship between these two men and cousins. The world really is one big relay race that moves the entire world further ahead towards the manifested goal of what God has decreed in the beginning, and prayed by Jesus; on Earth as in Heaven.

The New Jerusalem is the Bride, made of whosoever will come, whether Jew or Gentile. And Jesus is the Bridegroom. But every Groom needs a best man. And that was John, who symbolized all of Israel.

John 3:29

He that has the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

John 15:13

Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

John 15:15

From now on I call you not servants; for the servant knows not what his lord does: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known to you.

Israel, friend to the world, even though greatly persecuted at times, and may not fully understand why. But their relief is to come by the hands, and now friends, of those that understand these truths and so gratitude.

Romans 11:15

For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

Romans 11:25 For I would not, brothers, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. 26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

Christians are separated by the gospel of Jesus Christ, and enemies in that sense only because we receive Jesus as Lord, God, and Messiah. We are in that sense enemies with all the world. But in this God has placed a greater purpose, and matrix.

What came first? The chicken or the egg? The chicken did. God made fully grown and whole beasts and plant life in the beginning. And even Adam and Eve were fully grown. But then there is a cycle. The fully grown chicken can not reproduce and continually be, without first producing an egg, and it maturing. So, forever the two; the chicken need each other to continue to exist.

John 1:11

He came to his own, and his own received him not.

Romans 11:28

As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father's sakes.

This was purposeful. There is a two fold reason; to bless both the former and latter. This point of disagreement, and line that separates gives Gentiles the opportunity to return the favor of friendship, and lay down their life, to help Israel be regrafted in. There is reward in that because Israel is still the people of God and friends. This may offend some, but it is true, and beautiful. For even now because of their fall, we have covenant, but they even without receiving Christ still have covenant in this life and are blessed.

We, Christians, must return the favor, whereas Israel were friends and we were enemies, without an ability to as a whole receive covenant with God, though always available.

Now for those who know a semblance of this truth, and has at sometimes just at faith value defended the defenseless. Or, for those of you that fear because you think Christians are here to support Israel no matter what. See also this truth, and even those that are Israel truly, can not deny this fact:

Romans 9:6

Not as though the word of God has taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:

This is where many on the Right, Conservatives and Evangelicals miss it politically, globally, and in all international matters. Which is so funny, because the majority of American Jews are Liberal. One of those great American, political riddles. Whomever we defend still has to be right, not that I speak specifically or accuse Israel of any wrong doing. But this issue seems to come up often in every Presidential election, and was at the forefront of confirming Chuck Hagel. I am just giving some clarity.

Now Christians are only Gentiles that has been saved through Jesus Christ. So, this is not exclusionary, though some of other religions may see it that way. But every faith has its doctrine, and every philosophy its tenements that defines it. And therefore, we all exclude. I'm not included in Atheism? I'm not included in Islam, nor Buddhism, or Scientology. But we can all peacefully co exist, and still work together.

Christians, are not just friends to Israel, but to all of humanity, even the whole world. For God so loved and gave His Son as an exchange for us all; all of mankind. And we that believe gleefully will forever tell you all of what He has done; the greatest act of friendship ever, and offer that gift for you all to receive it.

We too individually are friends, though. We are here to set all free, so that you can freely choose or not choose Jesus Christ, and we are not here to force any one. That is not the Christian way. But passionately, I will decree that He is Lord and the only way, because of love, and not to offend.

Never forget your friends, God will not let you anyway. It's a responsibility, and part of covenant; one of our parts. So, BE a friend to all the world, always.

II Corinthians 5:18 And all things are of God, who has reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not imputing their trespasses to them; and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be you reconciled to God.

Peace In; be reconciled to Peace, so that you may extend Peace and peace unto all.

Just For Joy - Perpetual Real Joy, Gladness, and Happiness

Many try to separate joy, from happiness. I think that's a mistake and why many don't experience a continual, perpetually increasing joy, gladness and happiness.

Joy is a fruit of the Spirit of Christ, and gladness and happiness are products of joy. In the presence of God's Spirit is the FULLNESS of joy.

Psalms 16:11

You will show me the path of life: in your presence is fullness of joy; at your right hand there are pleasures for ever more.

We are to always remain in His presence. Though He is Omni-present, even in Hell itself, because of free choice, we can choose whether or not we allow our spirits be One, of, and drops of water of Water, and our souls and consciences dwell in Him.

Psalms 91:1 He that dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

When we freely choose to dwell, we then have the fullness of joy. And hear what it means to make this choice. Many think they have, but consider other scriptures that also result in a fullness of joy, and so they are the equivalent and how you know you are truly dwelling in His presence.

It is written about Jesus that He loved righteousness and hated iniquity or injustice, and therefore God anointed Him with the oil of gladness above all His equals.

Hebrews 1:9

You have loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows.

That word anointed is more than simply given. It means that gladness is actually rubbed into the skin, and now apart of Jesus even as one would rub in any lotion or oil, but this doesn't come off as long as you stay loving righteousness and hating iniquity.

We are no different than Jesus to God. We are sons, and joint heirs.

So, we see the importance of righteousness and justice in our ability to experience joy. There is an order, not that we are subject to time, but in a moment we get righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost, or presence of God, and that's the Kingdom or ability to reign.

Romans 14:17

For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Drop the first two; righteousness and peace, and joy will be intermittent or non existence. This is depression. This is when you can't figure out what the heck is going on, and why you're sad, when sometimes nothing has happened or you can't get over things.

Let us see some other scriptures about this:

Psalms 16:8 I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. 9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices: my flesh also shall rest in hope.

Psalms 35:27

Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favor my righteous cause: yes, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which has pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.

Psalms 32:11

Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, you righteous: and shout for joy, all you that are upright in heart.

So, in conclusion, real joy, gladness and happiness comes from righteousness and treating others justly, loving justice and fairness for all above all, sometimes seemingly to your own detriment. And also, we do all the above by remaining in the presence of God. It is important to know that it matters not if the other party is or would do injustice to you. We must do what is right. That leads to joy, and joy will cause you to overcome in justice, and keep morality and integrity, reign and win.

Proverbs 24:17

Rejoice not when your enemy falls, and let not your heart be glad when he stumbles:

Proverbs 24:18

Lest the LORD see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him.

This last point is very key. Even if you classify some as enemies,the goal is to overcome them and slay, but be more than a victor, but then include as they desire because they see something differently, and reconciliation. Peace.

Remember. The goal is to turn the unjust into wanting to be just; valuing it, and hungering and thirsting for righteousness, morality, and fairness (I am aware that some do define differently), which is beneficial to all of society.

You must be just for joy. You cant be just unless you know what is right and then do it.

Meditate. Study. Shew. Joy like a river, now.
