Comprehensive Immigration Reform: Sponsorship Is The Way To Go And Good Foundation.

What makes for Common Sense; one of the keys to crafting good, fair, and responsible Immigration Legislation and Achieving Comprehensive Immigration Reform. It is neither just nor practical to deport everyone unlawfully here. For the 11 million illegally here now, and to all of America as a Nation, a Sponsorship program, more than blood or family based,  would be fair to all, common sense, and the right direction and foundation.

What if an illegal, hard worker could not have children or has no family? Should they have less of an advantage or possibility of legal status or less of an opportunity for future citizenship than one that does have a family? Absolutely not. This is why comprehensive, common sense  Immigration Reform must be more Individual based, rather than Family based.

President Barack Obama used scripture as he unveiled his  Immigration Action. Well, according to that same Bible where he the scripture came from, when a stranger enters the city, even Heaven, one has to 1) come in the right way, and 2) once in, they are required to follow the established rules of that city.

But in this post, my focus is more that in order for the stranger to get in and then remain in that city, 3) each and every one are judged alone and based on their own actions, merits, and worth. There is no group entrance. No one can stand for you, not even your blood relatives. But One can vouch for you.

Now with all this said, and considered, what is good and common sense for Immigration and Reform going forward? How the System used to work, at least one way, and still is on the books, is that when one wanted to come here legally, another citizen would have to vouch for, and sponsor them. Though, often the person that sponsored was a family member, that did not have to be the case. What mattered and was judged and was on the line, was the reputation and assets of the one that was sponsoring the one to come, and also the reputation and merits of the individual looking to come.

For those here now and wanting to remain, the same pattern and voucher system can be followed. This would be fair to all, those with, an those without children, parents, or other family members, but indeed have been upstanding, hard working, worthy and deserving. It will also prevent those that have not been upstanding, even if they do have child or parent lawfully here.

We should know by now, that the mere fact one has the ability to spawn offspring, that that does not mean or say ANYTHING about personal character; father OR MOTHER!!!

Every person that really desires and believes and thinks it just, fair, and right, that any of the 11 million plus illegals here now deserve a real chance and opportunity for legal status, having already proven themselves, including businesses, should not have any problem putting their own reputations where your mouths are, and where you say your hearts are.

Sponsorship is fair to all, including to society in general, and the way to go, going forward. With sponsorship, citizens or companies willing to vouch, can make sure fines get paid, and all the requirements set by Executive Action and Order now, and those that will come with Legislation to come, are followed.

If this GOP led Congress-Elect were talking more about their own CIR proposals, then I would be against President Obama making any moves by Executive Order and would be in favor of him holding off, but only he and the Democrats continuing to lay out their plans and state their cause.

I am not a fan of Executive Orders. They should be rare and limited, used in emergencies and when Congress refuses to act in specific matters that literally have affected and will affect the entire nation and General Welfare of all citizens.

But since the GOP has seen fit to do nothing but squawk about what the President might do, and whether it would be unconstitutional (and it is Constitutional), and in addition they did nothing for Immigration Reform before, when there was opportunity and valid Bipartisan proposals that addressed all, illegals here now; support and relief, and a path to citizenship to those that clearly are deserving, measures to deport those that should be deported, and securing our borders, and instead Republicans actually worked against this, then within lawful Executive Power with Orders, the President absolutely should move forward. I am in favor. It is the right and timely thing to do.

Politically, I believe the GOP want the President to do this, so that 2016 hopefuls will have something to "stand for" and stand against the president and show their "presidentialness".

At the same time, Democrats want the President to do this to secure their Latino base, and also give their presidential hopefuls something to support and defend, and stand against Republicans.  Also the President may be using this to push Republicans to respond in January, prayerfully respond with actual Immigration Legislation.

Finally, both parties need these kinds of "fights" in order to keep the money rolling in, and maintain Political Party Control and Power of All Government and America, in lieu of Power to the People. It is that that all America should be fighting and not fall into the trap of taking sides and fighting one another. But I digress.

In all, again especially because of the actions, or rather inaction, and not even talk of action, by the former and current GOP led Congress, and as for me personally, just because Immigration Reform is the right thing to do, and right thing to do now, actually past due, the President is absolutely doing the right thing by going forward, where he can, using Executive Orders. Congress can counteract and cancel out any thing that is done by passing their own common sense,comprehensive plan.

The only question now is, within the Orders, will President Obama do the right, best, most reasonable things according to Law, and real Values and Principles of America, and not create and try to change who America is. That is where he could get into Constitutional problems, or issues otherwise. Just as the case would be and is with all Legislation by way of Congress, concerning any matter, not just Immigration, Executive Orders still have to be based upon the foundation already there and set.

CIR NOW!!! It is about Fairness and Justice to all. It is about jobs. It is about safety. It is about debt and getting value for those that have been here, and they from us; essentially already being of US. It is about the American Dream and keeping it alive. It is about continuing to BE and Show who America is to the World; a nation built on Immigration and Immigrants, a Woven Tapestry, A Hearty Stew, Thē Multi Colored Coat of the World, AND A COUNTRY OF LAWS AND LAWFULLNESS!

God Bless America; We that are of Her now, and those that will be, as they are able to lawfully come out of the shadows and stand proudly in the Light of this City on a Hill and still Beacon of Hope.

Most see it one way, and so begin well. But I've found, those that don't understand that #TheRule and what makes is #Golden, is the sowing AND REAPING of Love. These without understanding give up reward, and soon after slow down, or are overly cautious and begin to love sparingly (if they ever did love much before), or stop loving altogether, with every excuse and right "sounding" philosophy in the world. 

Thinking it sounds right and noble, they say "You only need a few to love you", or, "As long as you love you". These things really mean you no longer believe in the #GoldenRule, or #RoyalLawOfLove established by God. The entire Law, whereas Law is a predictable and absolute consequence of an act, says what you give you MUST receive. One sidedness of the equation is not enough. The consequence is apart of the Law, too.

God is not a man that He should lie. His Word never is void, returns void, or is ineffective. As sure as one can count on the Law of Gravity and other Laws of Physics on the Earth, you can count on this Law of God; the #Golden #LawOfLove that forces the Givers of it to Receive it, and more than they have given, even pressed down, shaken together, and running over out of MEN's bosoms, where you sowed. It has nothing to do with Favor or God, other than He set the Law.

There are only two things that can stop this Abundant Harvest of Love; not sowing or unbelief. When one says, "It's enough as long as I only have a few that love me", or "as long as I love myself, it is ok for love not to be returned", though they have loved much, this is a demonstration of unbelief in this Law, and in God, and will cut off due harvest. It usually is the beginning of ceasing to Love at all. The system runs off of action and faith.
