Give choice, but keep preaching the right answer; life.

Genesis 1:

26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Key words: male AND female. Without responsibility, technically there is still dominion. But dominion is proven and shewed forth through responsibilities.

We, as good parents give our children chores, and then watch, teach or correct, and take away or give more responsibility and freedoms based on what we see.

In the passage above, there are general responsibilities given to mankind; male and female.

Not written above, but one of the specific responsibilities given to women in fufilling the edict of filling the earth (and surely it has been filled many times over), and then sustaining or continuing humanity is child birth. Yes. It takes two, but can a women MAKE a man use his reproductive tools and do his part (I can hear the obvious jokes. Too easy for me). Should any man be forced. No. Then, we can not make any woman.

For nine months or so the woman has a God given responsibility over all life. It is a way she shows dominion, having clearly co-labored to fufil Genesis one. And God has made it so that only she can do it. This is not an accident. And we dare not suggest a replay of barefoot and pregnant as if that's all women were made for, but it is one cause. And its ours alone.

Let us stand or fail. Let women stand or fall in this thing. Give choice, but keep preaching the right answer; life. And in any case, love one another and show compassion, even while you preach.
