More on #StopandFrisk!

#StopandFrisk

We must do it constitutionally. But I am Pro Law Enforcement and Pro "Stop and Frisk". Racism and good profiling by police officers are two different things, though they can look alike, especially to civilians.

There is good reason NYC is the largest city with the lowest violent crimes and gun murder rates. If a police officer uses profiling and law enforcement as a cover for bias and racism that's a different matter that must be corrected, punished and is a crime itself.
Coming into homes and private places is also a different story. But in the public, for society's utmost safety car and pedestrian stops is the right thing to do if the police officer deems there is just cause. In that instantaneous moment, the police officer is the judge of that matter. There are rules that they are too follow, but we must trust their judgment and they must be ready with a answer if we ask.

There has to be reasonable cause before Stop and Frisk. But civilians and communities need to be educated about good police work and investigative skills and not just how to bust a bad cop. Let's honor good cops, too.

If a neighborhood is plagued by a certain behavior, by a certain group of people, sometimes of certain races, dressed often a certain way, of a certain gender usually, and of a certain age range, and those fitting this description in these neighborhoods are Stop and Frisked, that's not racism! That's good police work. We saw similarly good profiling after September 11th, with another kind of people. If you are innocent but look like those that cause problems, perhaps you should get mad at the trouble makers that look like you, and take back your neighborhoods. Compel change! Compel them to change. Love your neighbor and your neighbor's kids and speak the truth in love. And as I said before, Stop and Frisk your own kids, before the cops have to.

We must trust police officers. Yes they must identify and explain reasonable cause, but if we do not trust them, let us just have anarchy.

I am in law enforcement. I judge everday. I'm great at my job. If any thing slips through the cracks, I still can sleep easily knowing I did my due diligence in all matters.

God bless America and we bless and honor men and women that serve our communities and protect us from harm everyday. We honor them at all times.
