The Time Is Now: One Of Our Branches Has Many Broken And Weakened Limbs

Of the three branches of government that make up federal and local government, the one that is most hands on and closest to the people and communities is the Judicial Branch. Yet, other than the Supreme and Apellate courts and major decisions, it is the least known outside of those that work in it.

The Judicial System is important to the foundation and in keeping the integrity of all our core principles. It is supposed to be blind; not looking to the Left or Right, Republican or Democrat, nor at male or female, nor at whether Black, Red, Brown, or White, nor at whether  rich, middle-class or poor, nor  Jew, Gentile, Muslim, Budhist, Hindu, nor of any religion as opposed to those without religion, nor towards the heterosexual, or at Gay, Lesbian, Bi-Sexual, Trans-Gendered, or Trans-sexual, nor to the Irish, Italian, or German. The law is the law is the law. There is compassion and flexibility, though built in. We are to trust the system and elected or appointed judges to filter properly, without malice or outer consideration, by  factoring in all circumstances.

We expect the scales of justice to be balanced and help and not harm anyone, by considering and weighing out the protection of all society, obeiance of our laws, and punishment according to justice, but not revenge. This is right.

It's not anyones fault. But there are flaws that need to be addressed in this branch, especially locally. The US Supreme Court functions far better than local limbs for a reason.

The nation and John Q. Public are so focused on Federal Government; The Whitehouse, Congress and the Senate, that common citizens forget about the ones that actually apply each law and bill that is passed; having the responsibility of ensuring that all justice is done in our daily lives, accordingly. They connect government with "We The People" the most.

Whether it is a traffic ticket or a divorce or jury duty, chances are you will be subjected to, need and use our Justice System far more than you will interact with the Executive or Legislative Branches.

The greatest power is still the informed voter.

God Bless America.  I truly mean this. I will fight for this country. No word of our forefathers and the constitution will go in vain. I understand we had gender and race issues in our foundation, but on paper they have been fixed. The only thing left to do is to get back to the basics of the actual documents, and adhere to the doctrines of which we were built. BE it! It can and will be done. There are many, even with in the system that long for something better. They want to be free to be what they dreamed of being when they first entered college and then law schools. The time is now.

Liberty and Justice for all, even attorneys.
