Far Better To BE the 1000th of 1000 In The Right Place, Than Number 1 In The Wrong Place

What came first the chicken or the egg?
Answer: the Chicken.

Both, the chicken and the egg are needed but in a cyclical order.

The parent comes first so that they can protect and raise helpless children into adults, that will have more children. And the beat goes on from there.

Likewise, what should come first; the principles of a leader or the mandate of the people that follow?
Both are necessary in a properly functioning body, whether in governing a nation or community, in leading an organization, or a business/any work place, a Church or even a family.

The answer is always leadership. Leadership cares and in that care they value the needs, desires, hopes, dreams and opinions of all, and especially of all that they lead or are responsible for. But the maturity and settlement in principle and character; a general way of doing things including reserving the ability to be open when necessary and applicable, MUST come and be of a leader first inorder to bring along properly those that follow. The leader must lead. Brilliance has just been memorialzed by the preceding sentence folks. :)  They are to make sure the right work is being accomplished to succeed and move the body forward, while also delegating and maturing followers in all respects applicable to that work according to doctrine, laws, and other knowledge that govern and is just according to that specific organization or sphere.  And as said above, the beat goes on from here.

The growing pains many are experiencing now predominatly lies in this: the cycle is not an endless continum and the "areas" are finite. So eventually, you will have mature followers in the same space as the mature leader with no place to go. This is where love and true care and humility will be tested of both leader and follower.

The day and place of equality has come, but if there is no love for the people and purpose; endless bickering and chaos will ensue.

Imagine. Wives and Husbands fully equal by way of actuality and not ideolgy. Sons equal to fathers manifestedly, and not by a fathers kindness and covering mercy only. Equal in strength. Equal in knowledge. Equal in ability. Equal in connections. Equal in determination. And all with equal access to greatness. With equality, the only thing that will keep us from destroying one another; biting and devouring to get advantage is love and true care for one another and grace. Where are you supposed to be regardless of pecking order is what all must desire before actual positioning?

As for me, I would rather be number 1000 out of 1000 in the place; physical, soulish and professional place I am  graced to be and sent, then number 1 in a place I am not graced and am not sent. This shews love for God, all others, and self because inevitably I realize I will destroy things and people all if Im not in the right place and also, I could be robbing another.

The safest place in all the world is the will of God. In addition to being disciplined to not fight for what's not mine, I am as greatly disciplined and CONDITIONED to fight a good, victorious fight of faith that never fails for my rightful places, because of the same love for God, all others and self.

These things are right. Though I use my religion, if you consider sincerely, it goes beyond any religion. It just is right.

Study. Meditate. Retain. BE.
