Equality: It Can Only Work By Love and Through Justice For All and WithOut Fear

Ready or not, true equality is here as in God Himself, expects nothing less from all. There is no turning back, either we have it and move forward as one, or we do not and we devour and destroy one another.

This is NOT the time of the woman, the Asian, the Latino, the man, "the Man", the disabled, the rich or the poor.

This is the time of #equality, and fair opportunity for all. It is the era where we look for only the ones with character, integrity, skill, and ability to do whatever or be what we need, and not any outer characteristic such as skin color, gender, or class. In this, there will be no racism, sexism, or any bias, INCLUDING affirmative action which is also a bias though the converse of how it is normaly defined. 

Affirmative action stacks the deck against and can exclude the "majority"; such as white men and Christians, from positions/offices and sometimes from running in the race at all.  If society and any community or nation is to be developed to move forward in a good, just way, it must have the best people in all positions. There are a lot of factors that can make a leader the right choice. But if all things are factored and filtered by people who desire rightness justly, and that results in the appointing of 10 white men in 10 positions, or 10 Eskimo transgenders in 10 offices, or 10 Black Bhuddists in....well one is only a mythical creature, so 10? But, you get my point. This is right.

I am a Black Woman.  The above truth is how courage will be defined in this era of civil rights. It is my and my generations "sit down in the front seat of the bus" moment. Civility towards ALL and complete expectation for mankind to do the right thing because they want to be right. And to trust man, such that I will accept no substitutions, but live or die by the justice of man alone. Talk about perfect love casts out fear!

This is the day of truth and grace. #Perfection.
