Oh, BUT WAIT! Same Sex Marriage IS A CONGRESSIONAL LAW! Some details were challenged in the Highest Court and precedents set by it, but the matter is by Congressional Law! So now what do we say?!

That really, all these evil things done at the State level was probably also all preset up, too, and someone or ones really just want the chaos and to prove they can do it in America, too, AND, though, unto some end of personal want and gain!

I AM thinking it all goes with this player control and power shit and the "players" wanting MORE and showing what they can or will do if they don't get it from the owners or big fish leaders on top of the mountain!

Any way, on Abortion, if the States pay no attn to Supreme Court precent why wld they pay attn to Legislation by Congress? And if Congress has a way to enforce their laws then they shld enforce the SCOTUS decisions by the same means. Oh, but... the "enforcement" WLD BE a SUPREME COURT CASE and decision! So,... Roe vs Wade is basically Right! I explained yesterday what each State can do and is in there power and if there be any changes necessary for Roe vs Wade its minimal. But I can't think of any right now.

The ability to SELF EXERCISE a Right matters! Can we kill a person in a vegetable state because they cant exercise certain rights? No! But hospitals and family members have the power to pull plugs on machines breathing for them or keeping them alive artificially and that happens all the time, right? Well, a fetus is not breathing nor doing A LOT OF FUNCTIONS that sustains them on their own, either, especially in first trimesters and slightly beyond. The MOTHER is equivalent to the MACHINE and shld have the choice to pull the plug! Crude! I think IMMORAL! But based on all that is CIVILLY RIGHT in the universal square where there is Freedom of or from Religion and One Moral view, there is NO OTHER WAY but for Abortion to be legal and the mother's choice, within a few limits and within a limited time period.
