An informal blurb: A reminder that the strait/narrow way is NOT middle ground, or center per se.

I can't stress it enough. The #strait/narrow way isn't necessarily centrist or balance, especially the way balance has been taught. (See my blog entry on fruits of the Spirit and what temperance is really.) It's not compromise or the middle road. I hate gray! I hate wishy washy. The #strait and narrow way is wisdom. If it's wisest to go left, go left. If it's wisest to go right, go right. And if straight down the middle, or any where in between is right, or a layered solution should be applied, then do that. This way will always include doing to others what you believe is right and would like done to you. (Note: You may have to go first and inialize the golden rule effect. The cross is the greatest restart button ever.) Walking this way is listening to a multitude of wise council and making the best decision. If you are religious, it's knowing God's voice and Word, and moving by it. It's knowing which word applies to what situation. You then must always be ready to explain and give understanding to everyone that asks, in natural terms. If you are not religious, the strait/narrow way is still wisdom and sound judgement that considers all. It's hearing all sides of an argument, researching facts, and choosing what is right. This path is the ability to know both diligence and patience; to know excellence and planning, but also how to wing it and go with the flow. Not only does it know each polar opposite intimately, but also every step in between. It knows the spectrum, and all possibilities. (For all things are possible.) Most importantly, one who walks the strait/narrow way, knows when to do what, that it may be well with all. It cares. It loves, but is not moved by emotions only. The strait/narrow way considers all facets and casts the widest net, without compromising truth, justice or righteousness. It uses #manifold wisdom. To walk this line, it takes constant thought, and researching of fact (not just opinion), which many do not like. Meditation day and night can be hard. You have to solve and re-solve and re-solve again, as conditions, people and circumstances change. You have to address and re-address, as things grow and change and things are always changing. In this era, like a woman's contractions, the labor pains are getting closer and closer together. What may have been right a few years ago, may need to be reassessed now. And to make matters more difficult, there are very few absolutes in the world. So, #think always. Forever be #thoughtful. And remember, the root word of #considerate is #consider. Thanks, Yulanda K.
