#NextNextWednesdaysMasses (12/14/22) IS 45:6C-8, 18, 21C-25, LK 7:18B-23...
Nothing to say but Amen to this...
Isa 45:6-8: "That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else. I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things. Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it."
Where it says God created darkness and evil, be sure to rightly divide the text. It's by the creating of Light, had to come darkness since on earth is free will and things that decay. Same with the creation of peace, meaning all good things; shalom, had to come evil. Never by direct creation was these things not of Him made but yet without Him nothing that is cldve exist and been made..
John 1:1-3: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made."
Concerning this...
Isa 45:18: "For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else."
...it is a word of encouragement for you who say what God asks of US is impossible, like perfection and to be as He is, and never getting sick again and ruling all of Creation and making and keeping it the way it shld be.
Many of these fables about ever mercy and no one's perfect and only God can judge or only belief in a Name and a measure of sincerity is enough for salvation was birthed out of a fear and disbelief we can ever be as Jesus is! He became an untouchable God as far as His image goes which is counterproductive to the gospel being this is the Will of God, here...
Rom 8:29: "For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren."
2Cor 3:18: "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord."
Yes...
John 1:12-13: "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."
1Cor 15:20-24: "But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power."
Jesus is only to be the first of MANY of the SAME COUNTENANCE and even on earth in flesh as He was!
Mat 6:10: "Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven."
God did not make this metaphysical state of being that is Heaven, Heaven is US, in vain! It only takes us to believe it and then KNOW what "it" is IN TRUTH and then patiently do the required works, person to person!
Isa 45:19: "I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right."
Amen!
It isn't to say that Israel or any are automatically in, however. That God's work is not in vain is not to say whether we work and do right or not heaven is still for us as if we have no free will or responsibility. That wld make us children or servants and slaves and not GODS like God which is NOT His Will and wld mean He failed! No!
What the prophet means is that NOTHING God has prepared NOR the operation to get there is vain and worthless on His part and WHOSOEVER BELIEVES and gets involved WILL WIN THE RACE! PERIOD! GOD CANT FAIL, EVER
Col 2:12: "Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead."
Isa 55:10-11: "For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it."
BUT...
Heb 6:7-8: "For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned."
And all of this, so then, justifies the eternal condemnation of whomever chooses not to believe and do the work UNTIL THEY SEE IT and have ALL that God said and prepared! He is not a man that can lie! To not try and BE is to call God a liar or say you prefer not His Way which can't be separated from He Himself or LIFE and is the Eternal Life! And so the alternative, those things created by the contrast of Him, ie darkness and evil, is all that is left for that one.
Yes and amen...
Isa 45:21-25: "Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else. I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear. Surely, shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed. In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory."
Yes AND HUGE AMEN...
Luk 7:23: "And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me."
...and who shall not be offended in ME! We are ONE AND THE SAME!
